Huff dealing with knee tendinitis
PHILADELPHIA -- First baseman Aubrey Huff's MRI revealed patellar tendinitis in his troublesome right knee, the Giants announced Saturday.

Huff, who reported renewed pain in the knee Thursday while playing for Triple-A Fresno on a Minor League injury rehabilitation assignment, will be re-evaluated in San Francisco on Monday. Until Huff reinjured himself, the Giants were contemplating activating him from the disabled list Monday.

Huff originally sprained his knee while trying to scale the dugout railing to join the Giants' on-field celebration following Matt Cain's perfect game. He has played nine rehab games, four with Fresno and five with Class A San Jose, hitting .207 (6-for-29) with one double, one home run and four RBIs.
