Tuesday, July 24, is Say Hey Tuesday as CSN Bay Area will host Chronicle Live from Willie Mays Plaza. Fans are invited to come out early and watch their favorite sports analysts. On this night, AT&T Park will also be the site of the official launch of the Tim Flannery Bob Weir For Bryan Stow DVD which features the benefit concert held by Flannery and Weir for injured Giants fan Bryan Stow. All proceeds from the sale of the DVD will go to The Bryan Stow Foundation. DVDs will be sold throughout the park on this night and at all Giants Dugout Store locations.
On Wednesday, July 25, Bullpen Coach Mark Gardner, the California Transplant Donor Network and the Giants Community Fund will once again partner to raise awareness for organ donation. The balldudes for this game are both organ recipients.
On Friday, July 27, the Los Angeles Dodgers come to the Shores of McCovey Cove for a three-game series.
Saturday, July 28, the first 20,000 fans will receive Giants Trading Cards presented by Emerald Nuts. Also, prior to the game fans are invited to watch the Giants' Family Softball game, where the children of players and coaches take the field. Please note the game time has been changed from 6:05 p.m. (PT) to 1:05 p.m. (PT) because the game will now be televised on FOX Sports.
On Sunday, July 29, the first 7,500 kids 14 & under will receive a Giants Snap Watch presented by Tiger’s Milk. Following the game all kids 14-years and younger are invited to come run the bases.
The Giants wrap up their homestand with a four-game series against the New York Mets, July 30-Aug. 2. On Monday, July 30, the first 30,000 fans will receive an Orange Rally Towel with an offer for a free melt/soup combo at “The Melt”.
Also, that night the Giants organization and Giants alum, Dave Dravecky present A Night for Cancer Awareness at AT&T Park. The special event ticket package includes a limited-edition Dave Dravecky bobblehead with partial proceeds from each special ticket purchased being donated directly to Dravecky's non-profit, Endurance, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (San Francisco Chapter), as well as LIVESTRONG, to aid in Cancer research efforts.
On Tuesday, July 31, the Giants partner with various law enforcement agencies to raise awareness for the work they do to protect our lives and communities. Prior to the game, the Giants will hold their annual Family Safety Day in Lefty O’Doul Plaza, featuring interactive activities and information from various emergency service providers, including the San Francisco Police & Fire Departments.
Wednesday, August 1, is Jerry Garcia Night presented by McAfee. The Giants will be celebrating the 70th Birthday of the legendary musician and San Francisco Native. Fans will be treated to a live pre-game performance by Moonalice and those with special event tickets will receive a special birthday-edition Jerry Garcia bobblehead.
